Bourgogne “Ovum”

A regional appellation that runs across winegrowing Burgundy. It draws its diversity from the mosaic of landscapes and terroirs that shapes the vineyard.

Our know-how

From vineyard to cellar

Winemaking

Hand-harvested. Aged for 24 months in a stoneware egg. Thanks to its ovoid shape, the egg encourages the natural suspension of the lees through vortex movements, preserving the quality of the fruit and the authenticity of the aromas. Bottled by gravity, without filtration or fining.
