The Signature Cuvées are born of a question, an intuition, sometimes a revelation during tasting. A rare harvest, a few barrels that stand out, plots that speak with greater clarity, or a wine whose potential goes beyond its appellation.

Each time, Paul Aegerter chooses to take the idea further, with a vinification, aging or selection designed specifically for the wine.
