Our know-how

From vineyard to cellar

Winemaking

After hand harvesting and sorting, 70% of the grapes are destemmed and 30% kept as whole clusters, then placed in stainless steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation. The wine is aged for 14 months, 20% in new barrels and 80% in barrels that have already held 2 to 3 wines.
