Our know-how

From vineyard to cellar

Winemaking

Hand-harvested. Once destemmed, the grapes are placed in stainless steel tanks for pre-fermentation maceration and vinification. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, 30% of them new, for 8 to 12 months.

The experience

Sensory expression

Tasting notes

Aromas of blackberry, blueberry and cherry stone. With some maturity it evolves in a wilder direction, towards leather and chocolate. It will open up fully with time, giving way to a round texture, an assertive structure and fruitiness on the palate.

Food pairings
