Our know-how

From vineyard to cellar

Winemaking

The grapes are picked by hand. They are then pressed and placed in barrels for vinification and aging. The wine is aged in oak barrels, 50% of them new, for 12 months. The lees are regularly stirred back into suspension (bâtonnage).
