Our know-how

From vineyard to cellar

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested by hand. Once the bunches are pressed, the juice is placed in demi-muids that have already held 2 wines, for vinification and 10 months of aging. Constant bâtonnage stirs the lees back into suspension.
