From vineyard to cellar
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested by hand. After rigorous sorting, 30% of the fruit is vinified as whole clusters. The wine is aged for 14 months in new barrels and in barrels that have already held 1 and 2 white wines.

The nose reveals a lovely mix of black fruit and wild berries. A perfect symbiosis of elegance and power. A wine that is voluptuous in its youth and built for aging.
