Sensory expression

Tasting notes

Clear, brilliant cherry-red color. A nose of red and black fruit, lifted by a touch of star anise. A delicate, enveloping palate with crunchy tannins and a slightly saline finish.

Food matches

Food pairings

Its pulpy fruit is ideal with convivial dishes: country salad, pork with lentils, pork tenderloin or roast chicken. Surprising with a cherry clafoutis.
