Savigny-lès-Beaune

Where the Côte de Beaune meets the Hautes-Côtes, Savigny-lès-Beaune is organized around the Rhoin valley, the true backbone of the vineyard.

Our know-how

From vineyard to cellar

Winemaking

Hand-harvested. Once destemmed, the grapes are placed in stainless steel tanks for pre-fermentation maceration and vinification. The wine is then aged in oak barrels, 30% of them new, for 8 to 12 months.
