Our know-how

From vineyard to cellar

Winemaking

Once hand-harvested, the grapes are pressed and placed in demi-muids for vinification. The wine is aged for 8 to 12 months in demi-muids that have already held two wines, with regular bâtonnage to stir the lees back into suspension.
