Our know-how

From vineyard to cellar

Winemaking

After hand harvesting and sorting, 70% of the grapes are destemmed and 30% kept as whole clusters, then placed in stainless steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation. The wine is aged for 18 months, 20% in new barrels and 80% in barrels that have already held 2 to 3 wines.

The experience

Sensory expression

Tasting notes

A fairly delicate aromatic palette unfolds: ripe red and black fruit, notes of cocoa, coffee and licorice, and floral touches. The wine is round and silky, with a delicate volume that coats the palate. A light freshness supports the wine and brings balance. Saline finish with intense tannins.
