Our know-how

From vineyard to cellar

Winemaking

Once hand-harvested, the grapes are pressed and placed in tanks for vinification. The wine is aged partly in demi-muids for 8 months and partly in stainless steel tanks. The blend of the two aging methods reveals our Mâcon-Fuissé.

On the nose, a fresh aromatic palette, gourmand with citrus (yuzu, lime), white and yellow fruit (peach, pear) and a touch of acacia. Lovely roundness with a fresh finish and a light, thirst-quenching bitterness.
