Our know-how

From vineyard to cellar

Winemaking

Once hand-harvested, the grapes are pressed and placed in tanks for vinification. The wine is aged for 8 to 12 months in French oak barrels: 20% new barrels, 30% 500-liter barrels that have already held two wines, and 50% 228-liter barrels that have already held two wines.
