Our know-how

From vineyard to cellar

Winemaking

The grapes are picked by hand, sorted on the vine and in the winery, then destemmed, with 10% of the harvest kept as whole clusters. They are then placed in stainless steel tanks for vinification. The wine is aged in new and older barrels for 12 months.
